JAMES BAGLEY

As a graduate of Georgia Southern University, James is a LEED AP with over 24 years of experience with a wide variety of knowledge in single family homes, multi-family, townhomes, renovation, government, interior build-out and base building commercial construction ranging from $100,000-$30,000,000. He has purchased and estimated over 5,000 home budgets from 1998 to present. His experience consists of conceptual estimating, preliminary bids, hard bids, design build, sustainable construction and value engineering. James is a licensed pilot with an instrument rating.
