TONYA CASH

VICE PRESIDENT

Tonya graduated from Salem College with a Business Degree specializing in Marketing. She has over 25 years of experience in multiple industries including retail, financial services, non-profits and real estate. Tonya has been working in the Home Building and Real Estate Industry since 2003 and a licensed Realtor since 2008. Her background focuses on Sales, Marketing, Management and Operating Systems for Georgia Home Builders. As Vice President, Tonya coordinates office management, client relations, and operations management for Sterling Built Management. Tonya loves spending time with her family, her dogs and at the beach.

RHONDA CUDE

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Rhonda is an experienced accounting professional with 25+ years of work history across multiple industries, including 20 years in homebuilding.  She has expertise in multiple areas within accounting, including accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, financial statement prep, audit, and internal control compliance.  Prior to joining Sterling Built Management, Rhonda had spent the past five years with a regional homebuilder in the Atlanta metro area, most recently as VP of Accounting.   Her responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of their financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to the owner. In their free time, Rhonda and her husband enjoy spending time with their two baseball-loving boys and traveling wherever the road or the airplane takes them.

SCOTT BOUCHETTE, CPA

ACCOUNTANT

Scott has over 20 years of experience working across a variety of industries including real estate, health care and retail. He has spent the past 10 years as a CPA licensed in Georgia. Scott graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and later obtained his MBA from Georgia Tech. He spent time as a senior auditor for a big four public accounting firm prior to transitioning into his industry roles. Scott assists in all finance functions for Sterling Built Management and our clients. In their free time, Scott and his wife enjoy cleaning up after their four boys.

SANDRA (SAM) O’NEAL

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Sam joined Sterling Built Management in May of 2021 and brings with her years of finance and human resources experience from various industries including homebuilding, non-profits, and insurance. Her professional goal is to help create and streamline processes that provide excellent service to our clients. Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, grandchildren, adult children, and Schnauzers, is an avid college football fan, reads roughly twenty books a year, and plays the piano for mental therapy.

BILL BALL

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Bill has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily purchasing and estimating roles in residential construction. Bill graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and later obtained a degree in Accounting. As Procurement Manager, Bill assists in creating new project budgets according to plans and project specifications, producing lot specific budgets for construction per builder provided details, generating and managing purchase orders, and maintaining current price files and takeoff data. Bill enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his wife, daughter, and two energetic Labrador Retrievers.

ERIC COSSETTE

PURCHASING & ESTIMATING

Eric joins the Sterling Built Purchasing & Estimating team with a diverse range of experience in the construction industry.  He began with 10 years in residential framing and remodeling as his foundation. Then furthered his education by pursuing a Degree in Drafting and Design. This comprehensive skill set allowed Eric to venture into estimating, project management, and drafting and design for both commercial and residential projects. He has worked for the past 7 years in these fields. His combined experience in hands-on construction work and technical design provides him a well-rounded perspective, enabling him to approach projects with precision and an unwavering commitment to quality. Eric and Michelle have three daughters that keep them busy with their activities. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and practicing karate.

JESSICA LUMSDEN

VENDOR RELATIONS & INSURANCE MANAGER

Jessica has over 25 years of finance-related experience between the communication and homebuilding industries.  Originally from Illinois, Jessica and her family relocated to Georgia in 2017 and shortly thereafter she joined the staff of a regional homebuilder based in Atlanta.  She was most recently a shared member of the Accounting and Construction departments at an Atlanta-area commercial homebuilder.  Her areas of expertise span across accounting, payables, data entry, vendor relations, and project coordinating.  When not working, Jessica and her husband enjoy spending time with their three children and check out as many antique stores as possible.
